Classes

Karen teaches her regular classes on an ongoing basis at the INTU Motion Studio (directions and map below) and new students are welcome at any time. Current class times are:

  • Monday evenings, 8:00 – 9:45 p.m.
  • Wednesday evenings, 5:30 – 7:15 p.m.
  • Friday mornings, 10:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Karen also offers an advanced-level “by invitation” class on Sunday afternoons, 1-3 p.m.

Fees

The fee for a single class is $12, or you can buy an eight-class card for $85 (about one class free!) or a sixteen-class card for $145 (about four classes free!). You can come to as many or as few classes a week as suits your schedule and your card remains valid until you’ve used up all the classes on it.

Location

INTU Motion Studio is located at 275 Queen Street (corner of Barrie, map below), in the heart of downtown Kingston. The studio is on the lower level of the building, with entry down the stairs from the parking lot in the rear. The studio is a large private room with a mirrored wall and a sprung hardwood floor.
